Hyper Wars is a mod which slightly changes CnC 3. The whole point of the mod is to quicken the gameplay and the build time. Harvester speed, unit build times, and super weapons have all been edited to reflect a faster paced game. Below are the full changes.

The cooldown now is only 5 mintues instead of 7.

There are now more colors than were before to choose from.
