VicePC.com Mods

It's really easy to install mods which you have downloaded from VicePC.com
Firstly, you need a copy of the Vice City Mod Manager.
There should be a .vcm file in this WinZip file, simply extract it to the vcmm/mods/vcm/ folder.
(This will usually be C:Program Filesvcmmmodsvcm)
Next, open up Vice City Mod Manager, select your new mod and choose install.
